I know they were busy Waitress was constantly apologizing for the poor service. The restaurant was absolutely the filthiest I have ever been in. Waited to be seated. Waited for drinks was served coffee in a stained dirty cup. Got water something black floating in the water. Never did get our food. Yet a party of 8 came in after us and they were served right away. I was a corporate trainer for Steak-n-Shake a few years ago. My self and my GM would never put up with that. and I saw 6 servers standing at the waitress station doing nothing. We waited over 1/2 an hour. Would have made since if they were busy but less than half the tables were being used. The chairs were dirty. The long booth had something running down the back and seat. The divider wall was grossly filthy. I suggest the manager get re-trained then the staff. Never caught site of the manager. I glad do not have stock in the company anymore.
